The Chef Didier Masson, Maître restaurateur, assisted by his son Luc, suggests that you discover the restaurant serving gourmet menus and country menus linked to tradition and authenticity... The Chef successfully uses plants, fruit and edible flowers of our mountains to sublimate his recipes. Your dinner will be served in the dining room of the Auberge near the fireplace in winter or outside near flowers in summer. In the morning you can have a delicious buffet breakfast either in your country charm room, or in your chalet or in the dining room.
