In early autumn, deep within the majestic forests of the Vosges, nature offers one of its most impressive spectacles: the mating season of the great deer. As evening falls, the powerful, haunting call of the stag rises, creating a true wild symphony.

​The 4-star Domaine du Haut Jardin, set within an 8-hectare park just 20 minutes from Gérardmer, invites you to experience this rare moment of emotion and reconnection with nature on two exclusive dates: Sunday 27 September or Thursday 1 October 2026.

This unique stay, "Meeting the Brame du Cerf", includes for 2 people:

• A warm welcome upon arrival with a complimentary glass to set the mood.
• An immersive talk led by your mountain guide, to learn all about the life and habits of the stag.
• A guided night hike deep into the wild, listening for the call of the stag (please bring warm clothing and sturdy walking shoes).
• Return to the Domaine around 11pm for a cocooning night in a prestige double room, luxury suite or intimate chalet with private jacuzzi and fireplace.
• Two Discovery menus to complete your evening, served at the Le Coquelicot bistro.
