The Domaine du Haut Jardin offers you a healthy experience in the heart of Vosges nature to enjoy the benefits of silvotherapy. Many activities (hikes, bike rides, etc.) will be recommended to refocus all of your energies on you only. A ritual of 2 body treatments to revitalize and energize your body thanks to a range of Phytodia products, labeled FORê, based on flowers from the Vosges massif and entirely organic Oxalia.
Chefs Masson, father and son, suggest healthy menus based on plants coming from chef Luc's permaculture or Bernadette's Jardins d'altitude.

Two 3-hour electric bike rides in the countryside combining silvotherapy and gentle effort. A deep cleansing to prepare the skin for treatment and eliminate all toxins. Carrying out a massage with active maneuvers on specific areas of the body and application of firming gel.

A second active and invigorating massage session to perfect the effects of the first treatment. Application of a tightening and firming serum to tone the tissues.
